Dr Ania Sliwinski is an Australian-trained consultant urologist who completed her medical degree at the University of Melbourne and undertook surgical training across metropolitan and regional Victoria. She holds Fellowship accreditation with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and has completed additional fellowship training in incontinence management and minimally invasive stone surgery. Dr Sliwinski has also undertaken specialist training in male infertility microsurgery at the Cornell Institute for Reproductive Medicine, performing the first microsurgical testicular sperm harvesting procedure in Geelong in 2023.
Dr Sliwinski holds a Bachelor of Medical Science with first class Honours and has presented research at national and international conferences, including receiving the Alban Gee Award for best presentation at the 2018 Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand Conference. She is actively involved in surgical education, contributing to trainee workshops, exam preparation and cystoscopy training for the Royal Australasian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Dr Sliwinski is a member of several national and international urological and fertility societies and is known for her thorough, compassionate approach and commitment to shared decision-making.
